Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

MOOTHS subscriptions are designed to be flexible and easy to manage. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription portal or by contacting our Customer Support team.

You may also be able to skip a delivery, reschedule your next order, change your delivery frequency, or update your subscription details through your subscription portal.

To avoid an upcoming renewal, please make any changes or cancellations before your next scheduled payment is processed.

If an order has already been processed before your cancellation request, we may not be able to stop that shipment. Your cancellation will still take effect for all future renewals.
